Where Soul Meets Strategy
Use your unique stories and experiences to create content that attracts your ideal client, builds trust and ultimately, grows your business!
What’s it like to work with Sarah?
Imagine the knowledge of the funnel-hacking bros with the delivery of an astrology babe.
You want to get your business on social media or improve your strategy but you don’t want the burn out. Here’s where to start .
Does this sound familiar?
You've decided to get yourself or your company on social media. You've been hesitant because you're not sure how to measure success, allocate time and resources, and ensure quality.
You might have website, email campaigns and print ads but you're worried about not being polished on social media. You wonder if that will undermine everything you've worked so hard to build.
I really don’t think we can avoid social media anymore….do you?
Imagine building awareness of your company and your services, and building trust and a reputation that precedes you. You’ve learned to think about content systematically and how to develop the habit of posting that is in line with your voice, and doesn’t drain you. As soon as your dream clients and customers realize they have a problem, they call you. And in the meantime, you’re building a list of quality leads.
It can be done!
Hi! I’m Sarah.
I show you how to stop hiding so you can actually post about what you do online. I do this through keynotes, coaching, and content strategy.
You can build a polished social media presence. You can connect and build rapport with your dream clients. You can use social media to grow your list. And you can do it in a way that doesn’t leave you feeling exhausted.
I work with people all over the United States to build social media plans in a way that works specific to them. After years as a social media manager, I realized there was a gap between the people who needed social media support and the businesses who could spend thousands each month on full social media management.
And after thousands spent on coaching and conferences, I’ve learned that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to social media. And as you know, the social media landscape changes constantly, so your approach must adapt as well. Some people just need help as they navigate the fear of talking to the camera, and others need guidance as they form internal policies, messaging, and brand guidelines.
What I do is much deeper than giving you a list of hooks or hashtags. It’s actually visibility and confidence training, with content creation as the vehicle. Building new habits and dealing with the vulnerability of putting yourself online requires some extra nurturing and emotional support as well. Your fear of talking to the camera is often impostor syndrome dressing up as quality control. And your concern that you’ll have to field nasty comments is your fear of rejection.
I’m not going to make you go viral and I’m not going to promise you a huge amount of revenue in a short amount of time. What I will do is hold you and encourage you as you build these new habits and work through the discomfort of being more and more visible.
Content creation is a 21st-century skill that isn’t going anywhere. I help you adapt your messaging to the digital landscape so people can find you. I coach you on the underlying psychology of vulnerability and public speaking, and I do it in a systematic and organized way so this whole content creation thing isn’t a huge drain on your time or energy.
I have free resources (like my email newsletters), independent study resources (The Come As You Are Course), and 1:1 coaching (Working Sessions). I’m also available keynotes, podcasts and media appearances.
When I’m not building custom social media programs and creating videos, I’m deconstructing hustle culture and building a life from which I don’t need a vacation.
I’m a mother to one spicy daughter and a goofy husky,
a Sommelier and former Hospitality Pro,
and a collector of unique experiences, usually involving dancing, an adrenaline factor, or traveling (best case scenario, there’s all three).
I love learning about Astrology and Human Design, which often finds its way into my work.
I’m also passionate about environmental and LGBTQ causes.
What clients are saying
Corporate Training
“I took Sarah’s class through the Port of Columbia and absolutely loved it. Outside of learning the ins and outs of Instagram, Sarah’s class gave me the confidence to actually pursue building, and establishing my very own business Instagram. Something I didn’t think I needed or could do. Sarah was a pro at making it look fun instead of daunting and tedious. I look forward to what other classes she may offer in the future.
